History
Hemofarm developed from a small local factory with 30 employees , established in Vrsac in 1960. The first product in its range was aminopyrine, in the form of 0.1 and 0.3 gram tablets. 26 more products of the simplest pharmacopoeic type were registered by the end of that year.
1973 The construction of Hemoplast, a factory for the production of paper and plastic packagin material, was underway .
!977 production of freezer dried forms begin.
A microbiological laboratory with a farm was constructed, and a garage and workshop were built.
2004 The construction of a factory for the production of solid drug forms was initiated in Obninsk , Russia.
