“Soko” and “Nada Stark” integrated on the first January 1966 forming Biscuit, chocolate and candy manufacturer “Soko – Nada Stark.”
New factory was built and established at Kumodraska Street at Belgrade on 18th October 1975.
In 1981 occurred the integration “Soko – Nada Stark” with “PKB”, what changed the name of the company into “PKB – Soko Nada Stark”. This status maintained up to 1990 when Soko Nada Stark decide to continue independent.
In January 2001 the Enterprise Assembly has decided to accept the Transition Program, then to organize the enterprise as a stock company.
For its production Stark uses quality raw material who comes from ecologically safe territory.
Stark`s range of products include : chocolates, chocolate desserts, chocolate boxes, dragée products, tea cookies, hard biscuit, filled wafer, cereal flips, jelly, Turkish delight… more than 200 products.
The production quality complies with the SQS ISO 9001.
Stark all the time working on introducing assortment innovation, monitoring and implementation of modern trends in technology and in communication with the markets and consumers throught the technological development and marketing activities.

Stark will remain the home confectionery leader while he will care for product quality and good communication with buyers and also tries to respond to the requirements and needs of customers.

At the 72 International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad, "STARK" has been awarded with BIG CHAMPION GOBLET for the top quality and large range of products.
